Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

All submitted manuscripts are subject to mandatory plagiarism screening using the StrikePlagiarism anti-plagiarism system prior to peer review.
The following similarity thresholds apply:
Similarity Coefficient 1 (SC1) must not exceed 20%
Similarity Coefficient 2 (SC2) must not exceed 5%

Manuscripts exceeding these thresholds may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected by the editorial board.
The journal checks manuscripts for various forms of academic misconduct, including plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate submission, improper citation, and translated plagiarism.
If significant similarity or ethical concerns are identified, the editorial board follows internationally recognized ethical guidelines, including the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and proper citation of all sources.
The use of generative artificial intelligence tools must be disclosed in the manuscript. AI tools cannot be listed as authors, and authors bear full responsibility for the content of the submitted work.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

Article Retraction Policy

The journal may retract a published article in cases of plagiarism, data fabrication or falsification, duplicate publication, major errors affecting the reliability of the results, copyright infringement, undisclosed conflicts of interest, or other violations of publication ethics.

The decision to retract an article is made by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board after reviewing all relevant circumstances and, where appropriate, receiving an explanation from the author(s).

In the event of retraction, an official retraction notice stating the reason for the retraction will be published on the journal website. The article will remain in the archive for the sake of transparency and preservation of the scholarly record, but it will be clearly marked as retracted.

If the identified problems do not affect the overall reliability of the article, the Editorial Board may publish a correction or editorial note instead of a retraction.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

The length of the article is 5-12 pages of A4 paper, including Tables and Figures. The last page of the article must be filled at least in 75%, as overy next article will start with a new page.
After decision of the Editorial Board on the acception of the article for publication in the journal the revised copy is sent to the author for the approval of revision. 

The journal does not have article processing charges (APCs) nor article submission charges.

The article manuscripts made and stored in MS WORD 97-2003 (.doc docx) are submitted for publication.
Manuscript in Ukrainian or English, page format A4, line spacing – 1,0, 12 pt, font – Times New Roman; Paragraph 1.25 cm, margins on all sides 2.5 cm.
Structure of the article:
Text in English:
UDC – font bold, left-aligned, 14 pt.
Title – font bold, centered, 14 pt.
First name and surname of each of the authors – bold font, centered, 14 pt.
City, country ( if several institutions, put the top index after the author's name, which corresponds to the institution ).
Summary – one paragraph form of 10 lines, font – Times New Roman, 10 pt, italic.
Key words – 10 words, font – Times New Roman, 10 pt, italic.
Notations  (if necessary ), font – Times New Roman, 10 pt, italic.
 Text of the manuscript must include:
* General statement of the problem and its relevance with important scientific and practical problems.
* Analysis of recent research and publications, which dealt with the problem in question, paying attention to the unsolved earlier problems the article is devoted to.
* The Objective of the article ( statement of purposes).
* Setting of objectives.
* Analyses of investigations interpreting the obtained scientific results.
* Conclusions – outcomes of the particular investigation and prospects for future developments in this field.
References – font Times New Roman, 10 pt. Bibliography references in accordance with the established requirements (see. [Bulletin LHC Ukraine.- No 5.- 2009]). Citations are compulsory.
References – Latin transliteration in accordance with the international rules. Requirements for transliteration. References must be listed in the order they appear in the text. List of references must contain at least 50 % citation from Scopus and at least 15 items from the last 10 years (references must contain no more than 20% self-citations and no more than 20% citation of  Scientific journal of TNTU.
