Параметри оцінювання регулярних мікрорельєфів

Анотація
Встановлено, що аналіз поверхонь з регулярними мікрорельєфами потребує кількісних параметрів для його реалізації. Існуючий кількісний параметр оцінювання поверхонь з регулярними мікрорельєфами – відносна площі мікрорельєфу дає загальну характеристику поверхні з РМР та не враховує особливостей геометрії елементів мікрорельєфу та їх взаємного розміщення, які суттєво впливають на експлуатаційні властивості поверхні. Запропоновано систему кількісних параметрів для оцінювання регулярних мікрорельєфів, які є чутливими як до окремих геометричних параметрів елементів мікрорельєфу та до їх взаємного розміщення.
Запропоновано класифікацію кількісних параметрів для оцінювання поверхонь з регулярними мікрорельєфами та їх поділ на три групи: першої – які будуть враховувати форму та розміри окремого елемента РМР, другої – які будуть враховувати взаємне розміщення елементів РМР та третьої – які будуть здійснювати оцінку поверхні з елементами мікрорельєфу. Запропонована система кількісних параметрів оцінювання поверхонь з регулярними мікрорельєфами дозволить точніше оцінювати поверхні з регулярними мікрорельєфами та в подальшому пов’язати ці параметри з експлуатаційними властивостями цих поверхонь.
